Job Description
Summary: BJ’s Wholesale Club is powered by a dedicated team of over 30,000 members committed to making a real impact. They are seeking a Loyalty & Engagement Intern to support the Membership team in analyzing member behavior and loyalty drivers, turning data into actionable insights to enhance membership engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze member survey and NPS data to identify loyalty drivers
- Mine and organize large datasets to uncover trends and insights
- Support loyalty and engagement initiatives tied to campaigns and new club openings
- Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Creative, and Operations teams
- Deliver insights and recommendations through a defined summer project
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
- Excel proficiency; experience with research or data mining is a plus
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Interest in loyalty, consumer behavior, or membership programs
- Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
