Senior Commercial Development Manager
Location: Zug
MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Partnership Strategy
Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans to drive business growth and meet revenue
targets. Identify and pursue high-impact business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with
company goals. Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and partners, and evaluate
alignment with long-term objectives.
Client & Partner Acquisition
Lead end-to-end acquisition efforts including outreach, negotiations, and onboarding of new clients and
partners.
Structure mutually beneficial agreements that align incentives and promote long-term value. Serve as the
primary point of contact for new relationships, ensuring seamless communication and integration.
Relationship Management & Retention
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Ensure high levels of
satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deeper collaboration. Monitor
relationship performance using defined KPIs to ensure consistent value delivery.
Market Insights & Strategic Recommendations
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to optimize both sales and
partnership strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations that support
sustained growth and operational improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial Operations, Account
Management, Compliance, and First Line—to align on goals and execution. Drive cross-functional
initiatives to improve sales funnel efficiency, partner success, and overall revenue generation.
Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain and present regular reports on client and partner
performance, pipeline status, and business development metrics to leadership. Use performance data to
continuously refine strategies and prioritize opportunities
