Responsibilities: - Assist with organizing and preparing data from business systems such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, and support platforms - Support Power BI reporting by helping clean, model, and visualize data - Help document data sources, workflows, and basic governance practices - Learn how data is prepared for AI and automation use cases - Support simple automation tasks using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools - Assist senior team members in testing and refining Copilot- or AI-enabled workflows - Learn foundational concepts of responsible and secure AI usage in business environments - Participate in internal and client discovery sessions as a supporting team member - Help document requirements, meeting notes, and solution summaries - Translate how technical solutions are translated into business value Required Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field - Equivalent practical experience or certifications will also be considered - ~2 years of experience through internships, entry-level roles, academic projects, or bootcamps - Basic understanding of data concepts (tables, fields, relationships) - Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting tools - Interest in AI, analytics, and business systems - Strong communication skills and willingness to learn - High personal integrity and respect for data privacy and security Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) - Basic experience with SQL, Python, or data transformation tools - Coursework or certifications related to data analytics, information systems, or AI - Experience working on group projects or client-style assignments Required Skills: Power BI, Data analysis, Microsoft Power Automate Important Skills: SQL, Python Nice-to-Have Skills: Data privacy
