Position Overview

The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily production schedule for dental cases. This role supports workflow planning, turnaround time commitments, and internal communication across departments to ensure smooth production operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident communicating with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules
• Coordinate case flow from intake through final delivery
• Monitor turnaround times and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and production updates to department leads
• Track incoming and outgoing cases and confirm accurate due dates
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership to adjust workflow as needed
• Support case intake, order review, and documentation accuracy
• Ensure proper case routing based on product type, priority level, and production capacity
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics to meet delivery commitments
• Provide exceptional customer service support when communicating timelines
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and production tracking logs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, production coordination, or operations support experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and scheduling systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a dental laboratory, manufacturing, medical device, or production environment
• Familiarity with dental case management software and workflow systems
• Experience coordinating work across multiple technicians and departments
