The internship provides hands-on experience in Market Access, Patient Services, and analytics, allowing interns to contribute to meaningful projects that impact patient lives. Responsibilities: - Support Market Access and Patient Services reporting and analytics by assisting with pulling, organizing, and validating data from multiple internal and external sources to help monitor business performance - Help prepare summaries, dashboards, and basic analyses to support Market Access, Patient Services, and other commercial leadership in identifying challenges and opportunities - Conduct payer policy research by reviewing coverage policies, formulary decision and utilization management criteria, and summarizing key insights - Prepare presentations and reports translating research findings into actionable insights for decision-makers - Participate in professional development workshops, networking events, and intern showcases - Other duties as assigned to support the Strategic Data Insights & Operations team Required Qualifications: - Working towards a Bachelor's degree in the life sciences, business, marketing or related discipline (minimum 3.0 GPA) - Demonstrated interest in market research, analytics, or business strategy (coursework, internships, or extracurriculars) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information clearly - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Creative thinker with a passion for learning and continuous improvement - Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Proficiency in relevant software or tools (if applicable) Required Skills: Market research, Data validation Important Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: Curiosity, Creative thinking Benefits: Paid internship; wages are competitive and based on experience and academic level
