We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP, HVAC BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC BIM projects.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Strong experience in MEP coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Ability to coordinate HVAC models with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
- Experience with BIM standards, LOD, model coordination, and project deliverables.
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC standards and project requirements is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
