Job Description
Summary: BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company focused on empowering businesses through innovative financial tools. The Associate Collections Analyst will be a key member of the Collections team, responsible for managing the collections lifecycle and optimizing recovery strategies to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the execution of both operational and strategic initiatives for the BILL Collections team
- Managing the complete collections lifecycle for BILL's Spend and Expense product
- Performing account-level reviews to identify the most effective client outreach strategies
- Executing plans to maximize revenue recovery
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of direct collections experience preferably in e-commerce, payments, financial service, or a similar industry
- A proven ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures
- Logical and rational thinking skills with demonstrated data analysis and investigative techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - must have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships within a dynamic organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management
