They are seeking sales-driven individuals for the role of Sales Professional to provide excellent customer service and assist guests in their purchases.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
- Assist guests in turning their house into a home
- Engage in sales activities and achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Great listening ability
- High energy people person with a sales focus and experience in a customer satisfaction environment
- Available to work a retail schedule
- Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Basic numerical reasoning skills
- Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
