You'll play a key role in ensuring our drivers have the knowledge, confidence and competence to operate safely and efficiently across a specialist fleet, helping us maintain high standards in an environment where safety is paramount.

If you're passionate about driver development, enjoy coaching people and want to make a real difference to safety and performance, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review driving performance data with operational managers, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide driver reassessments and targeted retraining following incidents or where performance concerns are identified.
• Work with managers to address unsafe behaviours and ensure drivers meet the required standards of competence and compliance.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve training methods and the overall driver learning experience.
• Share best practice across the region to promote consistent standards.
• Keep your own knowledge and professional skills up to date, ensuring training remains relevant and effective.
