Job Description

KEY PURPOSE FOR THE JOB:

1. Handle all the written & Oracle activities
2. Team work to achieve department target

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle all the above written activities
2. Responsible for administrative work in warehouse.
3. Purchase, take and distribute consumables for department.
4. Organize, archive and save all documents for department as required
5. Print and handle warehouse receipt and material dispatch documents.
6. Participate in 5S and Kaizen Projects in Warehouse
7. Actively participate in the analysis of various data issues to solve related problems
8. Respond to supervisor of work status and related issues, and possible solutions
9. Other work scheduled by superiors

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school education or above
2. Skilled in computer operation, proficient in EXCEL reports, familiar with ERP logic and process
3. Knowledge of warehouse activities.
