Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Banca channel sales team to achieve business targets.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling life insurance products through bank channels.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners and customers.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with banks to expand market presence.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in banca sales or bancassurance sales.
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance industry and its dynamics.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
