Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years of professional backend development.
• Backend Mastery: Advanced proficiency in multiple backend technologies and languages.
• Systems Design: Deep expertise in distributed systems and complex system architecture.
• Performance: Expert-level knowledge in performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and system monitoring.
• A Proven Leader: You have a track record of mentoring engineers and leading teams to success.
