Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses to confirm and update information related to their current communications and broadband infrastructure.
- Engage with key decision-makers to discuss their existing providers, packages, and identify any service challenges or requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations and data within the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for data collection and lead qualification.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on market insights and client needs to the management team.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance communication techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills and an approachable, professional phone manner.
- Ability to confidently engage with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data recording.
- Target-oriented mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred, but not essential.
Benefits
- Basic salary: £23,809.50 - £24,784.00
- OTE: £28,000 - £30,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service, plus your birthday off
