Transaction Coordinator at Better Homes… · Scherervi…

This Is Not an Entry-Level Role At Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connections, we are intentional about who we bring into our world. We are seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator who already understands the pace, pressure, and precision required in real estate—and thrives in it. If you need to be trained on the basics of contracts, timelines, or the closing process, this is not the role for you. If you’re the person others rely on to keep everything running smoothly, anticipate issues before they arise, and bring calm, confident control to every transaction—we want to meet you. About Us We are more than a brokerage—we are a lifestyle brand built on trust, relationships, and exceptional experiences. Our agents expect excellence behind the scenes. Our clients expect a seamless closing. And our team delivers both with professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail. This role is central to that experience. What You’ll Own: Contract to Close Execution: Manage transactions from accepted contract through closing with minimal oversight. Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Track all deadlines, contingencies, and critical dates proactively. Coordinate seamlessly with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and co-op agents. High-Level Communication. Serve as the steady, reliable point of contact for all parties. Provide proactive updates—before anyone has to ask. Ensure agents and clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage. File Integrity & Compliance: Maintain clean, complete, and audit-ready files at all times. Ensure all documents are properly executed and stored. Uphold brokerage standards with precision and consistency. Anticipation & Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early and take action. Navigate challenges with professionalism and solutions—not stress. Keep deals moving forward, even when things get complex. Who You Are: Experienced in Real Estate Transactions (Required) – You’ve successfully managed files from contract to close. Highly Organized – You don’t miss details, deadlines, or follow-ups. Calm & Confident – You bring stability and clarity in high-pressure situations. Proactive – You anticipate needs and take action without being asked. Professional Communicator – Clear, polished, and warm with all parties. Tech-Comfortable – You can quickly learn and navigate systems, CRMs, and transaction platforms. Accountable – You take ownership of your files and your outcomes. What Sets You Apart: You don’t just “process files”—you manage and protect the entire transaction. You take pride in being the reason closings go smoothly. You are trusted by agents because you make them look good. You bring a solutions-first mindset to every challenge. This Role Is NOT For Someone Who: Is new to real estate transactions. Needs constant direction or follow-up. Struggles with organization or deadlines. Prefers a slow-paced or repetitive work environment. Why Join Us: Work with a respected, growing brand known for professionalism and results. Be part of a supportive, positive, and high-performing team. Play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Grow within a company that values reliability, initiative, and excellence. Apply If you are confident in your experience, take ownership of your work, and want to be part of a team that values doing things the right way—we would love to meet you.
