Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and support IT infrastructure across our clinics in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Sophos Firewall, user IDs, access and network security.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and Domain Controller.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and computer hardware.
• Support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, biometric attendance systems and IP phones.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses and system updates.
• Provide on-site technical support across clinic locations in Delhi NCR.
• Maintain proper records of IT issues, resolutions and technical activities.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT Support/System Administration experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  
• Sophos Firewall
• Windows Server
• Active Directory & Domain Controller
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Networking
• Printers, biometric devices & IP phones
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR clinic locations.

Preferred

• CCNA, MCSA or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, clinic, hospital or multi-location organization is preferred.
