Customer Service Representative at Berkeys… · Southlake

Summary: Berkeys Plumbing, A/C and Electrical is a trusted home services company serving customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical appointments, address customer questions, update records, and coordinate with dispatch and operations to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Scheduling HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service appointments
- Helping customers choose appointment times that fit their needs
- Answering customer questions and providing excellent service
- Updating customer information and documenting interactions
- Working closely with Dispatch and Operations to keep schedules running smoothly
- Following up with customers regarding memberships, maintenance visits, and appointment confirmations
- Creating positive customer experiences with every interaction

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, scheduling, or other customer-facing experience preferred
- Home services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
