JOB DESCRIPTION
We are actively seeking ~5 experienced Owner-Operators domiciled in or around the Chattanooga, TN market. This role is built for professional drivers who want consistent regional freight, strong support, and the flexibility of independent contracting.
We provide trailers when needed, so you can stay productive without worrying about equipment limitations.
What You'll Run

• Regional open-deck freight (Flatbed, Step-Deck, RGN)
• Southeast regional customer freight with steady demand

What We're Looking For

• Able to operate open-deck equipment (Flatbed, Step-Deck, or RGN)
• Strong securement, tarping, and chaining experience
• Professional driving record and safety-first mindset
• Self-managed, business-minded Owner-Operator

Job Requirements:
Valid CDL A License
1 year of Verifiable OTR experience
6 months of verifiable open-deck experience (Flatbed, Step-deck, RNG, Double-Drop, Heavy Haul)
Wage Range: 0.00 - 12000.00 per week
