Summary: Benjamin Moore is seeking a highly motivated and curious Engineering Intern to join their engineering team. This internship provides hands-on experience working on real-world engineering projects that span across multiple engineering disciplines, assisting in designing, documenting, developing, testing, and improving procedures, systems, or software solutions. Responsibilities: - Assist engineers with the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions - Support ongoing projects by performing research, analysis, and documentation - Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews - Develop automated solutions to problems or tasks to improve efficiency - Troubleshoot issues and help implement improvements Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Software, or related field) - Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with relevant tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, CAD, SQL, C++, etc.) - Familiarity with data analysis, LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma - Knowledge of P&lDs and electrical schematics Required Skills: Engineering principles, Analytical skills Important Skills: Python, MATLAB, CAD, SQL, C++ Nice-to-Have Skills: LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, P&IDs knowledge, Electrical schematics
