Overview
The SC Float Recruiter is responsible for the campus recruitment and selection process at assigned Benedictine communities. This position will also assist in onboarding, and succession planning for key roles, as well as perform administrative duties, and other special tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.
- Reviews all candidates, phone screens viable candidates, and sets up hiring manager interviews for all open positions as assigned.
- Assists with onboarding by communicating new associate welcome details with new hires.
- Maintains an exceptional candidate experience, including timely follow up with candidates.
- Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
- Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Associate’s Degree and two (2) or more years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and on boarding processes
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, electronic applicant tracking systems and HRIS programs
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine’s requirements
- Ability to travel to Benedictine communities
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with PDS Vista and SmartLinx software and applicant tracking systems
- Experience with social media for recruitment purposes
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience working with electronic application programs
Salary Range
$27-$29 an hour depending on experience
