The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the hotel’s physical facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing guest room issues, and conducting inspections to identify potential problems. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance - Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests - Makes structure repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces paster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim. Cut and lay flooring - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems - Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests.
