This is a leadership opportunity for a proven automotive professional who understands how to drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do Lead and develop the Service Department team Drive service sales, gross profit, CSI, and retention Monitor department performance, productivity, and expenses Partner with dealership leadership to achieve overall business goals What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Director, or Service Manager Strong leadership and team-building skills Track record of improving service department performance Import dealership experience strongly preferred Compensation $150,000–$200,000+ annually, based on experience and performance.
