Summary: BeOne Medicines USA is a rapidly growing company focused on fighting cancer. They are seeking a New Hire Orientation & AI-Enabled Learning Intern to modernize onboarding and internal communications through AI-powered content creation. Responsibilities: - Partner with HR and business stakeholders to redesign New Hire Orientation content - Convert existing presentation materials into AI-generated video content - Create professional AI avatar-based presentations using tools such as Synthesia - Draft scripts optimized for digital and AI video delivery - Standardize and automate onboarding modules across regions/functions - Analyze feedback data to continuously improve the onboarding experience - Explore additional AI tools to enhance employee learning and communication - Develop scalable templates for future AI-based internal communications Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, Learning & Development, Business, or related field - Experience with Synthesia or similar AI video platforms - Familiarity with onboarding or learning management systems (LMS) - Interest in digital transformation and automation - Comfortable learning and applying AI content-generation tools - Strong writing and storytelling skills - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to translate complex business content into clear, engaging messaging Preferred Qualifications: - Basic video editing or digital media experience preferred Required Skills: AI video platforms, Onboarding systems Important Skills: Digital transformation, Video editing Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical thinking, writing skills, Project management, Organizational skills, Storytelling skills Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Wellness
