Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is seeking an experienced BCBA who values clinical quality, professional autonomy, collaboration and continued growth. BES is a small, local, clinician- and founder-led multidisciplinary organization rather than a private-equity-backed national provider.

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification and applicable licensure

• 3+ years of BCBA experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, supervision and family collaboration skills

• Commitment to practicing and mentoring ethical, high-quality ABA services

• Ability to work effectively across clinic, home, and school settings and maintain an appropriate in-person presence within the BES service area

Compensation

$100,000–$110,000 base salary, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Placement within the range is based on relevant clinical experience, leadership experience, specialized training and demonstrated competencies.
