Territory Sales Representative – Scarborough, ME
Beauregard Equipment is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to support our Scarborough, ME location and grow our presence throughout Oxford, Androscoggin, Sagadahoc, Kennebec, and Lincoln Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing new business, managing a territory, and helping customers find the right equipment solutions to succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in construction, agriculture, industrial, and related markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, agricultural customers, and business owners
- Consult with customers to recommend equipment and solutions that meet their operational needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve $2M in sales in year one and grow to $6M by year three
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and follow-up
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM tools
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and visit job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
- Equipment, construction, agricultural, or industrial sales experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Strong hunter mentality with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong time management and territory planning skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Pay Transparency
The expected total annual compensation for this role is $75,000 – $100,000, including base salary, commission, manufacturer bonuses, and other applicable incentives.
