Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• Ensure merchandise is displayed as per Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.

• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and store housekeeping.

• Process billing and assist with store operations as required.

• Follow company SOPs and maintain brand standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on store requirements). • Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior retail/customer service experience is an added advantage. Skills Required
