Summary: BeaconMedaes is a manufacturing company seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the movement of incoming parts and outgoing equipment. The role coordinates transportation, manages import/export documentation, tracks shipments, processes SAP transactions, ensures compliance, and identifies shipping efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation scheduling and carrier selection
- Prepare and manage shipping, import, and export documentation
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate updates across teams
- Process and maintain shipment data and transactions in SAP
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and safety standards
- Support continuous improvement by monitoring shipping performance and identifying efficiencies

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or shipping OR a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to ensure shipments are accurate, on-time, and support overall customer satisfaction
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and complete work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and time management skills
