As a D365 Solution Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understandtheir business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implementMicrosoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support their strategic goals.

#yourmission

• Analyze

  clients' business processes, requirements, and operational challenges

• Participate in

  the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects for

  small and medium-sized customers

• Gather,

  document, and validate functional requirements

• Prepare project

  documentation, including functional specifications, solution designs, and

  integration documentation

• Collaborate

  with project teams to estimate effort, plan activities, and ensure

  successful project delivery

• Recommend and

  design business solutions aligned with customer needs and best practices

• Identify,

  analyse, and resolve functional and technical issues throughout the

  implementation process

• Experience in

  business process analysis, consulting, or ERP/CRM implementation projects

• Knowledge of

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered a strong advantage

• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to

  translate business requirements into practical system solutions

• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive

  mindset and a willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work

  independently as well as collaboratively within project teams

• Fluency in

  English
