Territory Sales Representative – Business Development

All Dry Services | Louisville, KY | Full-Time, Field-Based

$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Six-Figure Earning Potential

Nobody Is Going to Tell You Where to Be on Tuesday Morning

That's either the best part of this job or a dealbreaker. Worth deciding which before you apply.

All Dry Services is hiring an outside salesperson to cover the Louisville market. You'll set your own routes, pick your own targets, work out of your car more than an office, and get measured on what you produce rather than what time you showed up.

If you've been looking for a sales seat where the territory feels like yours to run, keep reading.

What This Job Actually Is

All Dry Services handles property damage — water, fire, mold, and other emergencies — for homeowners and businesses across the area.

Our work comes from people who run into those situations regularly and need somebody reliable to hand them to.

Your job is to go find those people, earn their confidence, and keep it.

Who Actually Sends This Kind of Work

• Property Managers

• Facility Managers

• Insurance Agents & Adjusters

• Plumbers

• HVAC Contractors

• General Contractors

• Commercial Property Professionals

• Business Owners

• Other local referral partners

None of them are one-off customers. A property manager may be responsible for hundreds of units. A plumber sees water damage every month of the year. Get it right with a few dozen of them and the territory starts carrying real weight.

How You'd Spend Your Own Time

Nobody hands you a schedule. You build one. Most weeks that means:

• Deciding which offices, shops, and job sites are worth your morning

• Walking in and introducing yourself to people who weren't expecting you

• Booking and running face-to-face meetings

• Circling back to the partners who've already sent you work

• Showing up at association meetings and industry events where your buyers are

• Following up — the part most salespeople quit on

• Keeping your activity and opportunities current in CRM

• Coordinating with operations once a referral turns into a live job

What We'd Hold You To

Autonomy isn't the same as being left alone.

You'll be expected to keep your calendar full, your pipeline honest, and your follow-up tight. Early on we'll look at your activity before we look at your revenue, because in the first several months activity is what there is to look at.

You'll have professional sales training and an operations team whose work you won't have to apologize for. What you won't have is a list of warm leads sitting on your desk each morning.

If you need somebody else setting your appointments, this is the wrong posting.

Where This Goes

Early on, success looks like a full calendar and a growing list of people who know your name.

By six months, it looks like a pipeline with real opportunities in it and referral partners who have sent you something.

After a year, it looks like a market that thinks of All Dry first — and earnings that reflect the network standing behind it.

Slow month one, better month six, better again month twelve. That's the shape we're after.

About All Dry Services

When a property floods or burns, the customer is having one of the worst days of their year. Speed and competence are the entire business.

That matters to you because you're not selling a promise. You're introducing capable people to professionals who will eventually need them — and the quality of the work is what keeps the relationship you built intact.

Tell us one thing when you do: a relationship you built, at any job, that eventually produced something. That's the skill this role runs on.

What You Bring

Restoration experience isn't required — we'll teach you the industry. Here's what's harder to teach:

• Willingness to approach people who didn't ask to see you

• The judgment to know when to talk and when to ask a question

• Follow-through on a sales cycle measured in weeks, not minutes

• Comfort running your own day without drifting

• The instinct to be useful before you're needed

Backgrounds that tend to work here: outside or B2B sales, business development, territory sales, account management, insurance, property management, construction, facilities, home services, or any job that put you in front of people every day.

The Numbers

• $50,000–$60,000 base salary

• Uncapped commission

• Six-figure earning potential

• Professional sales training and ongoing development

• Company technology provided

• Long-term career growth opportunity

The base means you can spend your first months building instead of scrambling. The uncapped commission means nobody upstairs decides in advance what your good year is worth.

This is a daily-driving role, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
