Project Management Internship at BCI Construction Inc. in Mora, MN

They are seeking a Project Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of active construction projects while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced project managers. Responsibilities: - Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks - Help maintain project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change order logs - Participate in site walks and assist with documenting project progress - Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and field teams - Support project budgeting and cost-tracking activities Required Qualifications: - Strong interest in construction, project management, and teamwork - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, etc.) - Ability to work both in the field and in an office environment - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Ability to read/interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings at an introductory level - Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors Preferred Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Construction management, Reading plans, Reading specifications, Reading shop drawings Benefits: Paid Time Off
