Survey and Data Analysis Internship at BBYO in Remote

Summary: BBYO is a global network dedicated to amplifying Jewish teen life worldwide. They are seeking an IT Data Analytics Intern to assist with survey design, data analysis, and reporting, contributing to the organization's mission and supporting their technology team. Responsibilities: - Design, distribute, and manage various organization and programmatic surveys - Analyze survey findings and create clear and visually engaging presentations summarizing survey results - Provide written summaries of key takeaways and actionable recommendations - Collaborate with team members to refine survey questions and improve data collection strategies - Assist with creation and management of reports and dashboards inside Salesforce - Work one-on-one with staff to support Salesforce reporting Required Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization - High level proficiency with PCs and Microsoft OS - Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, powerpoint - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Availability to work 10 – 15 hours per week.
