Dentist at Bayview Dental Associates in Lehigh Acres, FL

Description

Expect Something to Smile About!

Here at Parkview Dental Partners, we firmly believe that you should be able to focus on what you love most – helping patients look and feel their best, with a confident smile! We have an amazing team that not only works together to always go the extra (s)mile for their patients, but goes the extra (s)mile for their work family, too. (Did you catch that play on words there?)

We are looking for an exceptional, friendly General Dentist to join our close-knit team. Chair-side manner is important to us, as is internal communication. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintain our upbeat company culture while striving to always deliver the best patient experience.

Because we have the backing of a full support team, our Doctors enjoy the ease of uncapped earning potential without the (let’s be honest) headache of HR issues, credentialing, recruiting, or accounting. We enable you to truly focus on why you got into this business in the first place – patient care!

If you are looking for clinical autonomy (but with the support of a work “family”) – we’ve got you covered! We’re in gorgeous, sunny Florida and offer the following benefits: medical, GAP, vision, disability, critical illness, life insurances, 401(k) with matching, opportunities for both internal and external referrals, and uncapped earning potential.

If this sounds like the perfect environment for you, we invite you to apply today!
