Summary: BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Associate to join their Plymouth, MA Medicare certified Home Health Visits Office in supporting referral management. The role focuses on managing incoming referrals, providing superior customer service, and building relationships with clients and community organizations. Responsibilities: - Manage all in coming referrals and respond within a timely manner - Provide superior customer service and quality home care - Focus on supporting the client services manager in coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues - Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations - Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team - Support the team in effective fiscal management by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.) - Partner with the team and Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement) - Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position - Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor degree is preferred - Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus - Prior medical office or home care experience preferred Required Skills: Medicare, OASIS, Electronic medical record, Medical office experience, Home care experience, Computer skills Benefits: Paid holidays, Vacation and sick leave, Vision, Dental and medical health plans, Employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, Direct deposit, Employee assistance program
