Summary: BAYADA is a leading home health care provider dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities. The After School Caregiver will work part-time to support school-aged clients in their homes and communities, fostering independence and engagement in activities. Responsibilities: - Build long lasting relationships in a one-on-one setting a few hours a week - Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities, like Special Olympics - Support clients in developing their independence and achieving their goals (e.g., budgeting, socializing, shopping, using public transportation, exercise) - Be attentive to meet the individual’s needs with dignity and respect - Ensure client safety and well-being in the home and community - Have fun on Maui as a supportive Buddy!
