Job Description

The Upload Specialist is responsible for accurately entering physical product and data into various systems, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, scanning, and labeling of CAM products into various systems to ensure accurate documentation of products received daily
- Uploading data and inputting physical information (e.g., diary symptoms, documents, notes, complaints) into various systems
- Notifying team members via email of errors encountered while entering data and following up via email until the case is resolved
- Maintain accuracy of data by updating records and entering new information as it becomes available
- Properly dispose of or recycle physical CAM products after it has been stored for the appropriate amount of time according to regulations and policies
- Assist in uploading data and inputting physical information (e.g., diary symptoms, documents, notes, complaints) into various systems for CAM products that were previously missed or delayed
- Ensure timely responses to requests sent via Teams or Outlook
- Assist if needed in organizing, scanning, and labeling of MCT products into various systems to ensure accurate documentation of products received daily
- Assist if needed in the disposal of or recycling of MCT products after it has been stored for the appropriate amount of time according to regulations and policies
- Customer service duties (e.g. customer phone calls and emails) as required
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Attention to Detail
