Job Description
Summary: Baxter International Inc. is a company focused on saving and sustaining lives by manufacturing high-quality products. The Flow Calibration Tech is responsible for performing complex fluid testing processes on the Spectrum Pump to ensure product integrity, including flow rate accuracy and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Performing Flow Rate Accuracy simultaneously on multiple devices
- Performing Flow Rate Error
- Performing ITP 35700
- Recording results of the fluid testing without error to meet increasing and changing compliance standards
- Programming the pump
- Identification of error codes and escalation management for repeated errors
- Understand and apply testing to version of the medical device
- Maintaining equipment
- Communicating concerns immediately to Repair Cell Leader
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Successful completion of 4-6 week training
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Knowledge and working application of standard operating procedures
- Ability to transfer data without error
- Ability to work on their feet for extended hours
- Must have legible hand writing skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work on their feet for extended hours
- Must be able to stand for most of the work day
- Must have good hand to eye coordination and dexterity
- Dynamic Lifting capability: Must have the ability to lift and carry to 15 pounds
- Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 5 pounds
