Brand & Growth Ambassador (Campus Lead) at Batasutra in Remote

About bataSutra

bataSutra is an Indian content platform dedicated to demystifying Business, Science, and Technology for the next generation of innovators. We create high-quality educational content and are building a suite of powerful Fintech tools designed to empower creators and professionals.

We are currently in our early growth stages. We are not looking for employees who just fill a slot; we are looking for co-builders who understand the vision from day one. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, product, and future of a fast-growing startup before it scales.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting Brand Ambassadors based at select colleges across India. Your goal is to spread awareness about Bata Sutra within your university network, drive subscriber growth, and act as our eyes and ears on campus.

Unlike standard internships, this role is designed as a stepping stone. High-performing ambassadors are prioritized for full-time roles within the company once their coursework allows. This is your chance to build a career with the founders, not just work for them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Growth; Acquisition

Promote bataSutra content and community via personal social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) within your college network. Recruit new subscribers to our newsletters/content platform. Represent Bata Sutra at university events, workshops, or tech fests.

1. Product; User Feedback

Access early versions of our Fintech tools (pre-launch). Provide honest, constructive feedback on user experience, content clarity, and tool functionality. Act as a "Product Tester" to help us refine our offering before public launch.

1. Community Management

Engage with existing subscribers in your cohort to build a sense of community. Share insights from peer groups that can inform our future content strategy.
