Main responsibilities

• Contribution for short and middle C.A.S.E. malodor solutions in ASEAN.
• Lab work: safe and efficient maintaining and management of lab activities.
• Projects: propose and create lab activities via customer requests and market knowledge, follow and succeed monthly work plan including communication to line manager, as well as analysis of results and proposing next steps until challenge is solved.
• Test and analysis: analysis of competitor products and contribute to test method developments to visualize properties and advantages of surfactants and polymers.
• Report: Writes comprehensive reports and evaluations on obtained experimental data, orally present responsible projects including introduction and discussions to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience, or Master's degree in Chemistry with at least 2 years.
• Foundational knowledge of surfactant and polymer chemistry, with hands-on chemical lab testing skills.
• Expertise in polymer and surfactant chemistry for application development and technical service in Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers (C.A.S.E.)
• Understanding of market benchmarks.
• Ability to perform lab experiments to the required quality standards and analyze experimental data.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presentations.
