Job Description
Summary: Legends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands. They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership for the East region, managing communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring administrative duties are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings
- Draft and format internal communications, memos and meeting notes
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
- Track action items and coordinate timely follow-up
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials
- Complete general administrative tasks as requested
- Support in project work and initiatives
- Send reminders, updates and follow-up emails to ensure timelines and tasks remain on track
- Circulate meeting materials, agendas and notes. Facilitate meetings as requested and minute take
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Travel as requested to attend in-person meetings
- Arrange travel and itineraries as requested
- Managing corporate partner tickets and ticketing/reservation platforms
- Practice safe work habits and complete company safety and general compliance training
- Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards co-workers, and management
- Adhere to the Legends Global company policies
- Complete other duties assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in an administration focused position required
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) experience required

- Experience supporting senior executives ideal
