Job Description

The Specialized Fiduciary Administrator II (SFA II) provides administrative support for Trusteed Individual Retirement Accounts (TIRAs) and works closely with Trust Officers to ensure efficient delivery of IRA account services.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all administrative and office management duties, such as conducting account maintenance and preparing letters, monitoring and preparing reports, and ordering office supplies such as equipment
- Oversees and provides guidance on day-to-day activities of the team
- Oversees incoming and outgoing mail, while managing and overseeing a centralized mailbox for accounts
- Addresses client issues and concerns in partnership with the Specialized Fiduciary Officers, while adhering to the bank's policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Provides Trusteed Individual Retirement Account (TIRA) administrative support to Private Bank Specialized Fiduciary Officers, National Trust Services Manager - IRA, and National Fiduciary Executive - IRA
- Works independently, but closely with client facing Trust Officers and Administrators to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of IRA account level services
- Coordinates information and activities with all external and internal support business partners, as needed
- May be accountable for less complex situations that require a lesser degree of technical expertise and knowledge, including providing administrative support to a small book of TIRAs for client service teams
- Responsible for routine administrative duties, such as performing TIRA account maintenance, TIRA account opening processes, and TIRA money movement and tax related transactions
- May be asked to participate in projects, prepare reports and conduct research
- May act as a point of contact for clients and internal/external partners and as a backup for Specialized Fiduciary Officers

Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience helpful. Non-licensed associate
- 1 – 3 years of individual retirement account or Private Bank administrative experience preferred, but not required
- Private Bank and Merrill systems experience a plus
