Delivery Lead - Technology at Bank of America in Charlotte

The Delivery Lead - Technology role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project deliverables, ensuring that they meet client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Responsibilities: - Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) - Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams - Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline - Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule - Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements - Supports resource planning for delivery and execution - Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards - Build collaborative relationships with the bank resources and application resources assigned to your project; develop trusted relationships to keep a positive momentum regardless of timeline constraints and other challenges - Communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables - Identify issues and risks and understand how they will impact project deliverables and due dates - Understand bank strategies to help facilitate design discussions and to keep current with Enterprise standard practices, processes, and policies.
