Summary: Bang Zoom! Studios is an award-winning audio post-production studio specializing in dubbing and voice-over services. They are seeking a Production Intern to support their Post-Production team by assisting in production coordination and operational support within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Support Project Managers and Production Coordinators with day-to-day production tasks - Assist in coordinating schedules and tracking project timelines - Act as a communication link between directors, talent, and studio teams - Maintain professional internal and external communication - Schedule and attend project meetings as needed - Assist with scripts, loop counts, and production materials - Help review and organize deliverables prepared by internal teams - Identify, resolve, or escalate issues in a timely manner - Support overall production workflows and studio operations - Maintain a professional, organized studio environment - Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Entry-level to mid-level; 6 mo–3 years of experience in film, TV, post-production, or administrative support preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Comfortable learning new systems and workflows Required Skills: Post-production experience Important Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Organizational skills, Communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Service-oriented, multitask, Problem-solving, Detail-oriented Benefits: Paid Sick Time (per California law)
