Summary: Bandwidth is a global software company that helps enterprises deliver exceptional experiences through voice, messaging, and emergency services. They are seeking a User Experience Design Intern for Summer 2026 to assist the UX team in designing, prototyping, and improving user experiences for their applications. Responsibilities: - Assisting the UX team with working with product owners to gather requirements, to design, prototype, and iterate on product features and workflows - Creating prototypes for user flows in Figma - Working with the UX team on improving user experience in customer flows in the Bandwidth App - Sharing ideas in design critiques and team discussions - Working with UI developers to ensure that UI designs are built to specification - Enhancing and maintaining design system documentation regarding components and patterns Required Qualifications: - You are currently working towards your Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science (with a focus on UX design) or equivalent course of study - You have experience or exposure to Figma - You have experience prototyping or designing user flows in an application Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with quantitative or qualitative user research - Experience with user testing - Experience with design system tools such as Zeroheight or Supernova Required Skills: Figma, Prototyping, User Experience Design Important Skills: User Research, Design System Tools Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: 90-minute workout lunch, Volunteer activities that give back to our community, Fun social activities to bond with your fellow interns
