Baltimore Ravens On-Air Co-Host, Ravens Video/Audio Network (Part-Time/Contractor)
Position Summary Ravens Productions is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable On-Air Co-Host to join the Ravens Video/Audio Network on a part-time, contract basis. This individual will contribute to a variety of video and audio productions, including podcasts & livestreams, serving as a featured voice alongside the "Voice of the Ravens," Kyle Youmans. The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator with deep football knowledge, strong storytelling instincts, and the ability to deliver insightful, entertaining analysis in a live and recorded environment. This role requires thorough preparation, collaboration with production staff, and a passion for connecting with Ravens fans through compelling content.
Former Ravens players, coaches, and team personnel, as well as experienced media personalities and broadcasters, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver informed, engaging, and professional commentary and analysis across Ravens video and audio programming. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ravens personnel, opponents, NFL news, league rules, and relevant storylines. Participate in pre-production meetings and collaborate with hosts, producers, and production staff to develop compelling content and discussion topics. Contribute original ideas, perspectives, stories, and analysis that enhance the audience experience. Maintain professional broadcast standards and adhere to organizational guidelines across all platforms. Represent the Baltimore Ravens organization in a positive and professional manner during all public-facing appearances and productions.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an on-air personality, analyst, host, or contributor is strongly preferred, but not required. Proven ability to engage audiences in public-facing environments. Exceptional storytelling and conversational communication skills. Experience playing, coaching, or covering professional sports or major collegiate athletics preferred. Strong command of football terminology, strategy, and NFL-related topics. Excellent verbal communication skills, including clarity, pacing, and audience engagement. Ability to present analysis and insights in an informative and entertaining manner. Comfortable working collaboratively in a live production environment. Strong research, preparation, and organizational skills. Ability to represent the organization professionally and authentically at all times. Must be local to the Baltimore area, or willing to relocate, to regularly attend practices and team events during the preseason, regular season, and postseason. We are open to candidates who may be remote during the NFL offseason.
Work Environment and Schedule Part-time contractor position.
This is an on-site role based in Owings Mills, Maryland during training camp, regular season, and postseason. We are open to candidates who may be remote during the NFL offseason. Schedule will vary based on the Ravens football calendar, including practices, games, special events, and production needs. Programming commitment will typically be scheduled during weekdays and will likely include a daily M-F two-hour on-air commitment. Travel may be required for NFL tentpole events (NFL Combine, etc) and other special events.
Compensation
Range: $200 – $450/show
