Summary: Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, and they are seeking Client Accounting Interns to join their outsourced client accounting practice. In this role, you will assist multiple clients across the country in a cloud-based environment, providing property accounting services while gaining hands-on experience and professional development. Responsibilities: - Gain hands-on experience in Managed Services working full time - Participate in our intern orientation, technical training and development program designed to provide the tools needed to contribute to client engagements - Experience on-the-job training through real work engagements, showcasing how your academic experience translates to the professional environment - Learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers and partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge across numerous industries and services - Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience - Demonstrate your performance and ability to join Baker Tilly as a full-time associate Required Qualifications: - Be enrolled as a full-time student during the 2025/2026 school year in Accounting or Finance - Expected graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027 - Able to work full time for the duration of the internship - There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position Preferred Qualifications: - Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above - Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired - The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel - Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving - Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability - Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Required Skills: Accounting, Finance Important Skills: Microsoft programs Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
