The Data Analytics Associate will support service lines with insights, reports, and analysis for decision-making and efficiency improvement processes. Responsibilities: - Develops and maintains service line related data, reports, and dashboards for client-facing teams and their leaders with a focus on reporting revenue, opportunity, and other key metrics, providing actionable insights to increase visibility and efficiency - Translates business needs into analytics/reporting requirements while functioning as an internal consultant to our client-facing teams related to their unique business needs - Assists with onboarding new datasets into our data warehouse for specific platform reporting - Supports users with ad hoc training, troubleshooting, etc. related to reporting and key initiatives Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required. Emphasis in data analytics, data science, computer science, management information systems, finance, statistics or related field - 1-3 years of experience required - Experience performing data analytics related to revenue and/or sales data - Hands on practical experience utilizing Microsoft PowerBI, Azure Databricks, Databricks SQL and SQL Server - Experience with a wide variety of data and varying levels of granularity - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, engaging with multiple technical and business stakeholders and leaders and be able to translate business questions and analysis into simple briefings for use by various parties Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with professional service industry or CPA and advisory firms Required Skills: Data analytics, Microsoft PowerBI, Azure Databricks, SQL Server Important Skills: Professional services experience, Data warehouse onboarding Benefits: Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
