Job Description
Summary: Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, providing clients with a genuine coast-to-coast and global advantage. As a Real Estate Advisory Analyst, you will deliver transaction advisory services to clients in the real estate industry, conducting market and financial research, valuation analysis, and developing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience within the real-estate advisory industry
- Performing in-depth market and financial research regarding real estate transactions, supply, demand, pricing, and investment parameters
- Assist with valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private real estate entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
- Assist in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Experience, through on-the-job training and real, meaningful work engagements, how your academic experience translates to the professional environment
- Learn directly from experienced Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge within the real estate industry
- Learn and grow from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
- Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related program
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
