Are you interested to join Intelligent Automation team ?
Partner with the best
As a Delivery Leader of Intelligent Automation leads the enterprise strategy and delivery for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, and Agentic AI solutions (AI agents that plan, execute, and orchestrate work across systems). This role owns the end-to-end automation lifecycle—from identifying and prioritizing opportunities to delivering measurable business outcomes—while establishing governance, reusable frameworks, and scalable operating models. The delivery leader partners with Data & AI business functions leaders and other delivery leaders to modernize processes, improve productivity, enhance compliance, and accelerate time-to-value using automation and AI.
As a Delivery Leader of Intelligent Automation, you will be responsible for:
Establishing a scalable automation and agentic delivery operating model with clear intake, prioritization, and governance.
Delivering a balanced portfolio of RPA, process mining insights, and agentic solutions that drive measurable ROI (cycle time reduction, cost savings, error reduction, control improvements).
Enabling automation opportunities using process mining and value-stream analysis.
Building and mentors a high-performing team of automation engineers, process analysts, and product owners.
Deploying automation responsibly with strong security, auditability, reliability, and change management.
Strategy, Portfolio & Value Realization
Defining and executing the enterprise intelligent automation strategy across RPA, process mining, and agentic AI.
Delivering Data & AI Office business functions automation
Establishing value measurement methods (e.g., hours returned, cycle time reductions, defect reduction, compliance improvements, CSAT).
Process Mining & Operational Intelligence
Stand up and mature process mining capabilities to:
Identify bottlenecks, rework, and non-compliance patterns
Quantify opportunity sizing and automation feasibility
Validate benefits post-deployment via continuous monitoring
Partner with Data & AI Office business function leaders to drive process standardization and simplification before/alongside automation.
RPA Delivery & Run Operations
Leading delivery of RPA solutions across functions (Finance, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing & Logistics, Sales & Commercial, People & Culture, etc.).
Establishing reusable automation frameworks, coding standards, test strategies, and release management.
Building a robust run model: bot monitoring, incident/problem management, capacity planning, SLA/OLA management.
Agentic Delivery (AI Agents & Orchestration)
Defining standards and architecture for agentic solutions, including:
Agent orchestration patterns (task planning, tool use, approvals)
Human-in-the-loop controls for high-risk actions
Safety, observability, and auditability requirements
Guiding development teams to integrate agents with enterprise systems using APIs, eventing, and workflow engines.
Ensuring responsible AI usage, including model governance, data boundaries, and policy compliance.
People, Operating Model & Vendor Management
Building and leading a multidisciplinary team (process mining analysts, RPA developers, solution architects, product owners, QA).
Managing vendors/partners, licenses, and platform spend; negotiate contracts and ensure adoption.
Enabling “citizen development” where appropriate with guardrails, training, and quality controls.
Stakeholder Partnership & Change Adoption
Partnering with Data & AI Office business function leaders to select and execute high-impact opportunities.
Drivign adoption and change management: communications, training, and workflow updates.
Presenting strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Fuel your passion: To be successful in this role you will require:
Have Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Have 10+ years in technology delivery, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
Have 5+ years leading teams and enterprise programs with measurable outcomes.
Have Demonstrated experience building/leading one or more of:
RPA capability (CoE or federated model)
Process mining capability and value realization
AI/agentic workflow delivery in production environments
Intelligent Automation & Delivery
Have Deep knowledge of RPA delivery lifecycle: discovery, design, build, test, deploy, run, and optimize.
Have Proven ability to translate business problems into automatable workflows and scalable platforms.

Process Mining & Process Excellence
Have Strong understanding of process mining concepts: event logs, conformance checking, bottleneck analysis, variants, throughput.
Have Process improvement methods: Lean/Six Sigma, value stream mapping, root cause analysis.
Have ability to move from “insight” to “execution”—using mining results to drive automation and process redesign.
Agentic AI & Modern Architecture
Familiarity with agentic patterns:
Tool-using agents, planner/executor loops, orchestration, guardrails.
Human approval workflows and risk tiering
Have Understanding of integration patterns: APIs, iPaaS, message queues/event streaming, workflow engines.
