Job Description

1. Conduct Training Need Analysis for responsible region.

2 . Create Training Regional Training Calendar in collaboration with Regional Sales Head.

3. Adhere and execute Central Training Calendar.

4. Timely record & report all Training details

5. Conduct TTT for rolling out of specific content to the respective Sales Teams.

6. Carry out Training Initiatives for the region in collaboration with the Sales Head.

7.Conduct all activities for Rookie & Low performers as agreed.

8. Follow and adhere to all the KPIs and achieve the desired performance levels.
