About the Role

An exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in FMCG Sales by working closely with the frontline sales team. As a Sales Trainee, you will get practical exposure to the responsibilities of a Sales Officer and learn how FMCG sales operations work on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales operations across assigned markets and territories
• Work with distributors, retailers and the sales team to drive primary & secondary sales
• Ensure product availability, visibility and effective execution in the market
• Conduct market visits and gather market/competitor insights
• Support achievement of sales targets and distribution objectives
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers
