The role involves providing analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, preparing company valuations, and contributing to business development efforts. Responsibilities: - Provide analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services - Work with your team to prepare company valuations, build financial models, and create marketing materials - Contribute to business development efforts through research, analysis, and preparation for client meetings and pitches - Work side-by-side with both junior and senior investment bankers, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of a deal - Use AI tools like Rogo and auxi to streamline the creation of pitch books and models, and employ data visualization software like Power BI to generate data-driven insights and reports for client materials Required Qualifications: - A candidate energized by learning, teamwork, and real responsibility - 12–24 months of full-time work experience (investment banking, transaction advisory services/audit, and/or FP&A preferred) - A proven academic record and a passion for finance (a finance degree is helpful, but not required) - Drive, resilience, and a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative setting - Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal skills; relevant software proficiency Preferred Qualifications: - SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred (or the ability to obtain them quickly) - Experience with AI tools such as Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi is preferred - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar Required Skills: Investment banking, Transaction advisory services, Financial planning, analysis (FP&A), Finance, Mathematics, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license, Series 79 license, AI tools Rogo, AI tools CoPilot, AI tools auxi, Data visualization tools Power BI, Data visualization tools Tableau, Financial modeling, Company valuation, Mergers, acquisitions, Public offerings, Drive, Resilience, verbal skills Benefits: Protected Friday night and Saturdays, Periodic sabbaticals during career, Shareholder opportunities, Mandatory paid time off (PTO), Robust 401k match and profit-sharing contribution
